Joseph D. Becker, a founding partner of Becker Glynn, is a member of the firm’s corporate and litigation groups, concentrating on international transactions. A graduate of the Harvard Law School, he was formerly Assistant General Counsel of Allied-Signal Corporation where he was engaged in corporate acquisitions and litigation.
Mr. Becker has been chairman and vice-chairman of committees of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the International Bar Association. He has published more than 40 papers on subjects related to his professional work as well as a handbook on public international law.
A member of the board of directors of the New York University Alumni Association, he also served for 12 years as Adjunct Professor of International Commercial Law at New York University School of Law.
