Andrea Marquez-Bottome, Counsel to Becker Glynn, joined the firm in 2007, after four years of practice in New York as a corporate attorney and seven years of practice in Caracas, Venezuela, where she specialized in energy and oil & gas law.

Ms. Marquez-Bottome’s practice at Becker Glynn involves a wide range of corporate matters including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and general representation of domestic and foreign clients in a wide variety of commercial matters. She also has significant experience in the representation of unilateral and multilateral development finance institutions in corporate and project finance transactions and equity investments in Latin America and other emerging markets.
