Becker Glynn is regularly engaged by clients for projects involving contracts outside of the M&A or Corporate Finance area.   Our attorneys are skilled in negotiating and preparing a wide variety of commercial contracts and related agreements, including distribution/supply agreements, license and royalty agreements, joint venture arrangements, and non-competition agreements.
